The service

Firal is a social platform for investors provided by Invinity B.V.. It lets you connect investment accounts read-only, share and discuss ideas, and follow other people's verified performance.

Not advice, not a broker

Firal does not execute trades, hold client money, or move funds, and it does not provide personalised investment advice or recommendations. Content posted by users is their own opinion. You are responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should seek independent advice where appropriate.

Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital. Past performance, however well documented, does not predict future results. A risk score is a measurement of past volatility and concentration, not a forecast and not a rating of quality.

Eligibility

Firal is for adults: you must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Your account and conduct

Keep your credentials secure and the information you provide accurate. Figures you enter by hand are shown as self-reported. Don't impersonate anyone, don't post unlawful or abusive content, don't attempt to manipulate markets or other users, and don't try to access data you have not been given access to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us the permission needed to host and display it within Firal according to the audience settings you choose.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Firal accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free, and market data may be delayed or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy notice.
